No. In supported living, your home is genuinely yours — usually your own tenancy — and support is arranged separately around your needs. You keep far more control over your day-to-day life than in a residential setting.

Always. Family members and loved ones are welcomed and actively involved in the care process as part of the support team, for as much or as little as suits your family.

We start with a conversation, not a form. From the initial assessment, you're empowered to shape your own care journey, and the plan is reviewed regularly as your goals and needs change.
